    Filip – CrossFit Coach

    Originally from Warsaw, Poland, Filip’s passion for mountain biking inspired his journey into coaching and the benefits of structured movement.

    His mission is to help every athlete unlock their potential and grow stronger inside and out.

    With a background in gymnastics, athletics, and over ten years of CrossFit experience, Hannah brings energy and expertise to every session. As Head Coach, she’s passionate about helping people build confidence and discover their true strength.

    Harry – CrossFit Coach

    After five years in the corporate insurance sector, Harry followed his passion and became a full-time CrossFit coach in 2021. With a lifelong involvement in sports, staying active is central to who he is.
