    CROSSFIT

CrossFit is a dynamic and high-intensity fitness programme that combines elements from various disciplines like weightlifting, gymnastics, and aerobic exercises to enhance overall physical strength, endurance, and flexibility. Each session, known as a WOD (Workout of the Day), is designed to push participants to their limits in a supportive and group-based environment. This class is perfect for individuals looking to improve their physical fitness in a comprehensive manner, fostering not only physical strength but also cardiovascular health, agility, and balance.

  • This represents Olympic Weightlifting class. The image represents a man performing a squat with a heavy barbell at a gym, surrounded by onlookers.

    Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic Weightlifting focuses on mastering two core lifts: the snatch and the clean and jerk, which are both complex movements that require a blend of strength, speed, and technique. This class is dedicated to improving explosive power, coordination, and overall strength, making it an excellent choice for those looking to enhance their athletic performance. Participants will learn proper form and technique under expert guidance, ensuring safe and effective progress in these challenging lifts, which are beneficial not just for weightlifters but for athletes across all sports.

  • This represents conditioning class. The image represents people exercising on rowing machines in a gym with black walls and high windows.

    Conditioning

Conditioning classes are designed to increase cardiovascular fitness and endurance through a variety of high-intensity workouts. These sessions often include a mix of running, rowing, skipping, and bodyweight exercises, aimed at improving stamina, speed, and metabolic conditioning. Ideal for those looking to shed fat, build endurance, and enhance their energy levels throughout the day, conditioning classes provide a fast-paced, varied workout that keeps participants engaged and motivated towards achieving their fitness goals.

    Gymnastics

Our Gymnastics classes focus on bodyweight exercises and movements that enhance flexibility, strength, and body control. Emphasising core stability, balance, and coordination, these sessions teach participants how to effectively manipulate their body in space, leading to improved posture, muscular symmetry, and functional strength. This class is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, providing scalable exercises that cater to beginners and advanced athletes alike, aiming to master movements like handstands, pull-ups, and muscle-ups.

    Aerobic Body Building

Aerobic Body Building is a unique fusion of aerobic exercise and strength training designed to sculpt the body while improving cardiovascular health. This class combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with light to moderate weightlifting to target fat loss, muscle tone, and endurance simultaneously. Participants will enjoy a varied workout that keeps the heart rate up while strategically working different muscle groups, making it an ideal choice for those looking to achieve a lean, toned physique without sacrificing cardiovascular fitness.

    Strength

Strength classes are dedicated to building raw power and muscle mass through compound lifts and resistance training. Focusing on exercises like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, these sessions aim to improve muscular strength and endurance. This class is perfect for individuals looking to increase their overall lifting capacity, enhance athletic performance, and build a solid foundation of muscle. With progressive overload and proper technique at its core, strength training offers benefits that extend beyond the gym, including improved bone density, posture, and metabolic rate.

Testimonials

  • ★★★★★

I had a wonderful experience here. From the moment I arrived, the instructor was welcoming, friendly, and made me feel at ease. A regular attendee kindly showed me to the lockers and around the facilities. During the session, the instructor was attentive, gently correcting form and offering encouragement when I started to feel fatigued. I’d definitely return and would recommend others visit if they get the chance.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Great coaches, great community.
It’s not easy to have a group of coaches who each bring something special to a gym but somehow they have managed to find that here. So much knowledge and skill. Everyone and anyone is always welcome, always looked after and there’s always someone on hand to respond to what you need.
I’ve been here for 6 years now and love it.
You get the same care, treatment and quality coaching whether you are day one and new to CrossFit or 6 + years in.
    Great place. Thank you!
